Entra Robot Standard Welding Cells have been customized for mass production of shock absorber brackets, thanks to Entra Robot Technologies’ know-how on the welding process. In this way, the desired welding quality has been achieved in the cycle time of our customers.

Our welding cells are double stationed and have 2 Fanuc welding robots, Fronius welding machines and 2 Fanuc positioners customized by Entra Robot. The customized positioners have gained an endless loop feature and thus the welding process has been made desired. 

One of the most important features of Entra Robot Standard Welding Cells is this flexible cell structure, where fixtures can be changed very easily and quickly, and transition to different product processes can be achieved within minutes.
