Entra Robot Sickbed Welding Cell is designed for mass production of various hospital beds. With the robotic welding system design, the desired welding quality has been achieved in the cycle time of our customers and beds of various sizes can be manufactured.

Our welding cells, where the steel bodies of hospital beds are welded, are double stationed and have 2 Fanuc welding robots, Fronius welding machines and 2 Fanuc H type positioners customized by Entra Robot.

In this cell, fast fixture change and control of the torch tip with a camera are some of the prominent features.

However, what stands out even more in the project is the high number of fixture design, manufacturing and dimensioning work packages.
