The Lonjeron robotic welding lines commissioned by ENTRA Robot Technologies in 2022 and 2023 at the TIRSAN Turkey plant continue production.

In the welding lines, specially designed servo hydraulic positioners can turn the chassis carriers coming on the conveyor 360°, so that every point of the chassis carrier can be welded at once. 

Working on 12-metre rails, two Fanuc welding robots complete the welding process at different points of the part.

In the lines designed for robotic welding of Trailer Chassis Carriers of different sizes; ENTRA robotic welding lines carry more workload than submerged arc welding systems since bracket welds can be made as well as long seams.

With arc tracking and touch sensor technology that works stably even at high speeds, production is completed 100% automatically, independent of operator control.
